Hi everyone, I'm back!

I thought it would take way less than a month, but procrastination!
Anyway, I decided that I would commit with a community post to force myself back into action.
Here it is:

I will be back to posting on February 12th. The schedule will be the same, Mondays to Fridays at 6 a.m. for the rest of 2024 or until we get monetized!

Some big things are coming this year, so stay tuned and let's stay consistent together!!

Right, here’s what you can do during the no-posting time!

Go back to the first post of the channel, follow along, and definitely do that until the posting restarts. Because the plan behind the madness is consistency over anything else, "don't stop because I slow down."

Also, it would be interesting if you did two workouts daily, if you have time. This is what I have been doing for a while now, with some workouts here and there at the gym. This has allowed me to lose more than 15 pounds in just a few months by being careful with what I consume.

If all this good gets too boring, Here are some channels I highly recommend you watch to get some different consistent reps in:

I'm just playing around; you have them. Why even ask?
Anyway, I hope you all have been "gaining" well! I have two updates for the following weeks. Firstly, I am very proud to say that there are 19 of you that are consistently coming back to workout, and that means you guys are taking yourselves seriously🥳🎉

Lastly, for an undetermined amount of time (probably less than a month), I will NOT be posting (maybe shorts). I am working on some things for the channel right now, and I need to get everything in order. Nothing big, but just a step in the right direction. I'll post another one of these with instructions on what you can do, since this post seems long!

Hi everyone,

I hope you're all getting those small successes in daily. Starting next week, I decided that I would be posting five times every week until we got monetized! Here's what you can do in the meantime: You can create a schedule you can stick to, expect to take breaks on the weekends, or even revisit workouts that you like.

Here's the WORKOUT POSTING SCHEDULE: A video should be posted at 6 a.m., Mondays through Fridays, every week. I'm thinking of having days more focused on abs and other body parts, but usually cardio with full-body workouts are Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays.

I will make sure to maintain quality, keep the workouts varied, and keep the videos entertaining as well, so you guys don't get bored. Hopefully, this channel saves you time and actually helps you stay fit, because it's sure helping me!

Hi everyone, I've been thinking of ways for the channel to be more useful, and here's what I came up with. I'd love to know what you guys think.🤔

Ps: I can do both. The first one might be the most useful.

Also, make sure to watch the full videos. That tells me that you guys actually complete the full workouts, and it makes me want to improve even more. (Sidenote: It mostly shows me that it's not just my mom refreshing these videos.)

I'm working on the next steps, so make sure to comment and check the polls.

What's up, what's up, my healthy people?

Let me first say that I didn't forget about you guys' workouts!


What's been going on the past few days?
Well, since the last upload, I've been working on making my videos more useful to you guys.


How?
I've been learning more about your workout needs and applying what I've learned to this 10-minute workout format. I've also been improving my video editing skills, all so that you can get the most out of these videos.


Unexpectedly, this one took me a few days to create. But the good news is, I will be posting later tonight, and hopefully you guys get a good workout out of it. Make sure to let me know if you like the format and what you want more of by liking and commenting, since I take into consideration all of your feedback.
