My journey into holistic healing started from my childhood, under the influence of my father. He was a biochemistry professor & continues to be a yoga advocate & naturopath.
25 years of learning & experience in the field of nutrition, naturopathy, yoga and well-being has helped me combine the best of eastern & western methodologies to assist my clients in living full, healthy lives.
I believe that true health needs education, awareness & a will to change wrong habits, rather than just diets & treatments. My aim is to help clients understand the fact that the ability to heal, is from within.
