This video put words to so much of what I've been feeling. I'm so happy lately in my life, but I'm also experiencing almost a newness fatigue. I've left so many negative cycles behind that sometimes stillness and peace and safety feels like a phantom limb reaching for old sources of anxiety to ground me. This video does a great job of helping us be patient with that process. Sarah is always such a grounding presence online for me.
