When you feel like it's too much. When you're overwhelmed and drained physically or mentally. Just focus on yourself. You aren't obligated to please anyone but you. You don't need to always be there for everyone else, you need to be there for you. If you want to cry, then cry. If you want to be alone, don't let anyone make you feel like you can't. I know it's hard but try. Do something for you, not because you have to but because you want to. You will get through this. Focus on you. β‘
