Don’t be like these guys…

A few years ago, I ran a Strength Camp retreat kinda like the one I’m hosting in a few weeks.

I had three spots left, just like I do right now.

Three guys reached out, all saying the same thing:

ā€œI really want to come, butā€¦ā€

One guy said he had too much work.

One said he wasn’t ā€œreadyā€ yet.

One was just scared to commit.

I told them all the same thing: Life isn’t going to wait for you to be ready.

Only one of them showed up.

The guy who came? Changed his entire life.

He got stronger, shredded fat, and built more muscle in 6 months than he had in 6 years.

But it wasn’t just the training—it was the environment, the people, the mindset shift.

The other two?

Still stuck. Still saying the same things. Still waiting to be ā€œready.ā€

Your biggest breakthroughs don’t come when it’s ā€œconvenient.ā€ They come when you decide to take action despite the excuses.

Right now, there are three spots left for my Strength Camp Retreat.

This is your chance to train with me in person, eat my exact meals, and spend 24 hours immersed in lifting, learning, and leveling up.

This will sell out.

If you want one of these last spots, grab it now.

Because if you don’t, someone else will.

And you’ll be sitting there next year, still stuck, still waiting to be ā€œready.ā€

I uploaded my first video on this channel not knowing anything about YouTube or what to expect. I was just a gym bro trying to show people how to workout with tires, stones and logs in my dusty warehouse gym in the Florida hood. It’s been an amazing journey. Thank you!

I love this :)

Tomorrow, I’m spending a full day working one-on-one with a client at my ranch.

He’s not a full-time coaching client, but after a private Zoom call, we figured out exactly what he needed to break through in both his athletic performance and his business goals.

What did he need?

A live, in-person neuromuscular and bioenergetic assessment.Ā

A custom workout.

A deep-dive discussion into the finer details of achieving his goals—both in strength and success.

So, he’s flying in tomorrow night. He’ll stay here on the ranch, and when the sun comes up, we’ll attack the day with fire.

If it makes sense, we’ll even film some of the workout so you can see exactly what we do.

Honestly, I love this.Ā

I love working with men one-on-one to create custom plans for their goals—whether it’s fitness, business, or life.

And while I don’t normally offer full-day immersion experiences, this guy was the right fit, so we’re making it happen.

But here’s the deal—I want to help you too.

If you’re struggling with fat loss, injuries, muscle-building, or just feeling stuck… I’m here for you.

If your business is stuck—you don’t know your niche, your offer, or how to market and sell it—I’m here for you.

If you’re dealing with life challenges… confidence, relationships, purpose—I’m here for you.

You can book a call with me anytime using the link in my recent videos.

But you also have another, even better, option.

I’m inviting 24 men to spend 24 hours with me at my ranch the weekend after next.

We’ll train, eat, build, and have real conversations about what it means to become the strongest version of yourself.

There are only 8 spots left.Ā

If you want one, grab your ticket now.

Looking forward to meeting you.

A Rare Invitation to Join Me in Brotherhood

Lent is here. A time for fasting, discipline, and renewal—body, mind, and soul.

For the next few weeks, I’ll be training, praying, fasting, and serving the less fortunate. But some things are better done together.

That’s why I’m inviting a small group of men to join me for A Day with Elliott—in person.

This isn’t just another fitness event. It’s an immersion into how I live, think, and train.

You’ll spend the day lifting with me, studying with me, meditating with me, walking with me, and breaking bread with me. At night, we’ll sit around the fire, sharpening each other like iron sharpens iron.

And on Sunday morning, I’ll be heading to church—you’re welcome to come. No pressure.

This isn’t about dogma or rules. It’s about opening yourself to more—more strength, more clarity, more purpose.

Online communities are great, but there’s no substitute for real presence, real energy, and real brotherhood.

And if you’ve been feeling stuck, disconnected, or like you need a serious reset—this is your sign.

Only 8 spots left. They will go fast.

Let’s do this.

when everything is too easy…

Men today are weaker, softer, more lost than ever before.

Not because they lack potential—but because they lack sacrifice.

Everything is easy. Food is everywhere. Distractions are endless. We live in a world of overconsumption—constantly filling ourselves, yet never feeling full.

Without struggle, without self-denial, we rot from the inside out.

But this isn’t how men were meant to live.

There’s power in discipline. Strength in sacrifice. Freedom in restraint.

This is why Lent exists.

For over 2,000 years, Christian men have used this season to strip away excess, sharpen their focus, and strengthen their connection to God.

How? Through three simple disciplines:

āœ… Fasting – Denying the body so the spirit grows stronger.
āœ… Prayer – Quieting the noise and listening to God’s voice.
āœ… Almsgiving – Shifting focus from self to service.

Even Jesus fasted. Even Jesus suffered.

ā€œWhoever wants to be my disciple must deny themselves and take up their cross and follow me.ā€ (Matthew 16:24)

The question is—will you?

If I were your trainer, this is what we’d do…

I’ve taken over a dozen one-on-one coaching calls with you guys this past week, and it’s been awesome.

I love hearing about your struggles, your goals, your wins.

And one question I always ask at the end is:

If you could snap your fingers and have me at your service, what would we do?

A lot of guys say the same thing:

ā€œI want you to be my trainer. Take me through a workout. Show me exactly what to do.ā€

That’s something I know how to do. And here’s exactly how I’d do it:

First, we’d check your form on the big four lifts—squat, deadlift, bench press, overhead press. I’d dial in your technique, fix your weak points, and make sure you’re stable, strong, and pain-free.

Then, we’d test your fitness with strongman work. Stones. Sandbags. Farmers carries. Keg carries. Maybe even a log clean & press.

These are real strength tests—full-body, functional, and unforgiving. They don’t just build muscle; they test your heart, lungs, and willpower.

To finish, we’d hit some isolation work. Dips and chin-ups. Biceps and triceps. Split squats and Jefferson deadlifts. Pure muscle-building movements.

And we’d wrap up with core stabilization—planks, anti-rotational drills, maybe some cable wood chops.

That’s one session. That’s all it takes to remind you what it feels like to be a man.

Stay for dinner, crash for the night, and we’ll do it again the next day.

If that sounds like your kind of weekend, your dream is about to come true.

I’m inviting you and a handful of other men to train with me, eat with me, and live like men for a day.

Spots are limited.

My favorite muscle building mealĀ

I eat this meal every single day.

Sometimes three times a day.

It doesn’t matter if I’m bulking or cutting—the recipe stays the same. The only thing I adjust is how much I eat. More when I need more. Less when I need less.

Simple. Effective. Foolproof.

Simplicity is power. That’s why I wear the same clothes every day and why I eat the same meals. Less thinking, more doing.

And this meal? It’s my go-to muscle-building mash.
I learned it from Stan Efferding, the world’s strongest bodybuilder, and it’s the simplest, tastiest, and most anabolic meal in my repertoire.

Here’s how you make it:
• 4 oz bone broth
• 1 cup white rice
• 6 oz ground beef
• Handful of baby spinach
• 2 eggs

Pour the bone broth into a saucepan, add the rice, ground beef, and spinach, and let it warm up. Then crack in two eggs and let them cook until the whites form but stay soft. The runny yolks blend into the broth, making it like a silky soup.

I top it off with Belizean hot sauce or sometimes a little curry (when my wife makes it).

Here are the macros for this meal:
• Calories: 840
• Protein: 60g
• Carbs: 47g
• Fat: 44g

And guess what?Ā

If you come to my Day with Elliott Retreat next month, this is exactly what we’ll be eating—tons of mash after a full day of lifting, walking, talking, and leveling up.

We’ll train hard, eat well, and sit around a bonfire at night, under the stars.

If that sounds like your kind of day, click here to join us.

24 hours with Elliott? Here’s what we’d do…

If you could spend a full day with me—wake up, train, eat, talk, walk, and level up in every way—what would that look like?

Here’s exactly how it would go:

We wake up naturally. No alarm clocks. No hitting snooze. Eyes open, feet hit the ground.

We grab some coffee (or whatever you drink in the morning) and sit down with some wisdom—maybe the Bible, maybe an ancient text, maybe a personal development book.

Then we talk about it. What stood out? What resonated? How do we apply it?

Then we meditate. 20 minutes. Silent. Prayerful. Still. Just being present.

Next, we mobilize the spine, activate the body—foam rolling, stretching, breathwork, zone exercises.

Then, we walk. Four laps around my lake. That’s two miles. We bring the dogs. We talk. About life, about you, about your struggles, your mission, your next moves.

Then, we eat. My custom mash recipe—rice, ground beef, bone broth, spinach, hot sauce. Simple. Effective. Delicious.

Then, we journal. Or walk again. Either way, we process. We get clear.

Then we train. Barbells. Bodybuilding. Strongman. Sandbags. Kettlebells. We lift, we sweat, we build.

Then we eat again. We sit down for another deep talk—about fitness, business, women, faith—whatever needs clarity.

Then we walk the lakes again. Then dinner. Then maybe you crash in a tent in my yard under the stars.

This is my daily life.

And now, I’m inviting you to experience it with me—in person, at my ranch, alongside a group of like-minded men.

And here’s the kicker: you pay what you want.

It’s happening next month.
