So I've picked Mario Wonder back up, cause i got it for Christmas and never played it so it was just sitting there gathering dust and i felt bad, and IT HAS MADE ME REMEMBER THE TINIEST LITTLE PET PEEVE I'VE BEEN THINKING ABOUT FOR YEARS NOW.

Good design, i love her, i wish they'd bring back her tan from the earlier games (she's literally a desert princess, there's no way she's not getting any sun) BUT THAT'S NOT WHAT BOTHERS ME. No, it's her eyes.
WHY IN THE FRESH FUCK DID THEY MAKE HER EYES BLUE WHEN HER DESIGN ALREADY HAS TEAL IN IT IN THE FORM OF THE JEWELRY. You already HAD a cold color to break up her warm color palette, you didn't NEED ANOTHER ONE. This hurts even more when you consider that Peach's eyes match her light blue jewels. And sure, you can bring up that Rosalina's eyes also don't match her jewels, but that already looks WAY less jarring because her design already has a lot of blue in it. DAISY'S EYES ARE THE ONLY BIT OF BLUE IN HER ENTIRE DESIGN AND IT BOTHERS ME SO MUCH, it's such a tiny detail that upsets my artist soul to no end >:/ anyways rant over, thanks for hearing me yap. 'Preciate it.
