Most of you are too smart for your own good.
You end up blocking your own path.
Overthinking every decisionā¦
Trying to figure out if it's really worth it.
Your brain is hardwired to avoid risk and uncomfortable situations.
So it can and WILL stop you from stepping out of your comfort zone 99% of the time..
If you let it, it will talk out of hard training or doing a difficult task.
Youāll also lose opportunities to elevate yourself.
Never let your brain manifest on making difficult choices.
Learn to silence that inner bitch that says you can't do it.
Charge at the gunfire. Go get shit done.
No second guessing.

If youāre ever at a point in your life where you donāt know exactly which road to takeā¦
Just start moving.
Do anything and everything.
The direction doesn't matter as much.
Because staying stationary is the WORST decision.
I was given the same advice a few years ago.
Fresh out of fighting, with no idea on what path to takeā¦
Fighting was all I really knew how to do for most of my life.
So finally making the decision to retire was a scary thought. I had ZERO backup plan.
But now, Iām running multiple businesses, managing so many different people at the same time and I RARELY get time to sit down and ārelaxā.
Which, for me, is PERFECT.
Exactly where I like to be. Constantly working, constantly moving.
The reason why 99% of people never grow is because they stop moving.
They hit a brick wallā¦
And instead of trying to go around it, they sit down and build a house.
They get comfortable. Which is a terrible mistake.
You have to KEEP MOVING, never stay put.
Keep light on your feet, ready to pivot at any moment.
The Universe rewards those who refuse to stand stillā¦
Soon, youāll find yourself in a better place than before.
And youāll thank yourself for never surrendering the fight.

I like the idea of having structure in my life.
Every morning, I'm up at a consistent hour, having pain and suffering for breakfast by diving straight into a workout.
Then I pull 12-hour days, from dawn to long after dusk.
Despite being my own boss, my days are filled with relentless work, and it's only after all that, I get to unwind with my family.
There's no one breathing down my neck, dictating my schedule, but I operate as if there were.
I hold myself to such a standard because I understand I'm in charge of my life.
I see these young guys aiming to be self-employed, branding themselves as entrepreneurs.
But then they indulge in lazy Sunday mornings...
It just doesn't add up.
You're telling me youāre ready to jump at 9am for someone else's call, but when it's time to advance your own dreams, suddenly the drive vanishes?
It's crucial to prioritize yourself.
You've got to muster the same respect for your ambitions as you would for a day job.
Your dreams shouldn't have to wait until you're ready; they demand your immediate attention.
Weekends aren't for catching extra sleep or hitting the pub with the lads.
They're golden opportunities to forge ahead on your path.
Each moment you choose rest over progress, you're putting your future on hold.
Understand that every sacrifice now is a step towards a future where your dreams are your reality.
This isn't about denying yourself rest but about prioritizing what you rest for.
Your future self will thank you for the weekends you spent building, not binging..

Hereās EXACTLY how to deal with stress:
You donāt, you just keep going.
Your life is going to be stressful if you want to be anything remotely close to successful
Wishing for less stress, is admitting you canāt handle then level of success you want.
Life is stressful. Get used to it.
