We will be Fasting & Praying For 10 days this January. From January 6th to January 16th.
Time is 6am -1pm.
We will be LIVE by 1pm WAT each day for the next 10 days of the Glory fast.
For the rest of the year we also will continue the 10 days Glory fast each month throughout 2025. - This is an instruction from the Lord God.

Eat more vegetables | NO MEAT
Drink only water or soy milk with tea or coffee.
Take communion ( body and blood of Jesus i.e bread and juice )
Eat light | NO HEAVY MEALS
