Grief isn’t just about the physical death of somebody that you love. It also includes plans that you made hopes and dreams not being fulfilled.

You might even go through stages of grief if you lose your job or your car or can’t even afford groceries.

You might even be grieving the fact you can’t buy your children certain things for school when they need it.


We live in such a day and time that it’s really easy to forget that the person next to you or the person on the other side of that screen might be going through a season of grieving
