THE BIGGEST WAR IN EUROPE
After World War I, Ukraine managed to restore its independence for a short period of time, but was swallowed up by Bolshevik Russia in the early 1920s to become one of the Soviet Union’s ‘republics’. During the Soviet period, Ukraine suffered from the Red Terror, the Communist-caused famine, World War II, and multiple deportations. In 1991, Ukraine proclaimed its independence and chose to pursue the European track.
After the EuroMaidan, Russia shattered 80 years of peace in Europe in 2014. Taking advantage of the weakened state, Russia annexed Crimea and supported the separatists on Ukraine’s eastern borders.
On 24 February this year, Russia unleashed its mad dogs to destroy Ukraine and make it into an outpost to attack Europe. It’s not ukrainian war, it’s a war of civilization against barbarians – who are armed with nuclear weapons and attacking nuclear power plants
