If you're wondering what I've been up to lately and why I haven't been posting as frequently... well.... it's because I've been training hard for this years outdoor track season! Goal is to run faster than I did when I was in school and possibly break some records while in the process. And also to show my children who are in track what hard work looks like and that (and so that they know they aren't faster than dad just yet 😅)
Shout out to my trainer G. Buckey! He definitely knows what he's talking about when it comes to sports training. Make sure you check the video out down below (I almost passed out plenty of times during these workouts)
