Upcoming Video Upload: Zhu Yuan 1st Rerun Pulls | Zenless Zone Zero {1.6}

Zhu Yuan’s first rerun banner is less than a week away (Wednesday, April 2 - 2025), and I’m ready to spend every last Polychrome I have to get her, her Signature W-Engine, and maybe even a few extra copies. I’ll do my best to upload the video within hours of her release, so stay tuned! For those also pulling for her or Trigger: Good luck on your pulls!

Here’s a quick rundown of my pulling plans for Version 1.6 and why I’m choosing to pull or skip certain characters.

➀ S-Rank Anby – Currently, I’m not interested in investing in a new meta character, especially with a highly team-compatible character coming in the next half. I’m also not a fan of her aesthetic appearance. Am I the only one who thinks her A-Rank version is actually better?

➁ Burnice – She’s a character I’m not particularly fond of, and her Character Demo only reinforced that. That said, she would still be a nice addition to my roster and could make a very solid Miyabi teammate.

➂ Trigger – She looks amazing, and as an FPS gamer who prefers Snipers and DMR rifles, she checks off many boxes on my checklist. Unfortunately, her debut banner runs at the same time as Zhu Yuan’s first rerun. I might try to pull for her in a future update if she remains viable.

➃ Zhu Yuan – I was really looking forward to her first rerun. She was actually the second character (the first being Miyabi) who caught my eye during my early days in the game. My resolve to pull for her hasn’t wavered, even with Vivian being announced. I’m planning to acquire a few copies of her, along with her signature W-Engine. If everything goes well, who knows? Maybe another pulling video will happen!

New video to be uploaded tomorrow: M6 Evelyn VS Endgame Content (w/ Astra Yao & Koleda)

Evelyn’s debut banner has been out for a few days now and in my latest video: Pano_S managed to acquire all her copies plus her Signature W-Engine. There is going to be a follow-up “M6 showcase type” video where I use her with Astra Yao and Koleda in Shiyu Defense, Battle Tower and Deadly Assault. Expect the video to drop later tomorrow.

Evelyn’s debut banner will be available in 3 Days (Wed 12 - Feb 2025) and my brother Pano_S will go all out in attempt to acquire all her copies plus her signature W-Engine. I do not know if anyone is actually interested in a ZZZ pulling video but since he is willing to spend a huge amount of Encrypted Master Tapes, I think that it is worth the effort. I will try to upload the video within the next few hours of her release. Lastly, to those who will also attempt to pull for her or Qingyi: Good luck on your pulls!

I would like to briefly share my thoughts with you about Astra Yao.

➀ Her Voice Actress: The Japanese voice actress (Seiyuu) of Astra Yao is none other than Endo Aya. It is worth mentioning that Yelan (from Genshin Impact) shares the same seiyuu with Astra Yao and I first learned about her during Yelan’s debut banner on Version 2.7. Huge plus for her seiyuu.

➁ Her Personality: The time we spent together at the end of Chapter 5 was pure joy. She appeared to be a cheerful, charismatic and emotionally intelligent person. I am not completely sold on her personality though.

➂ Her Gameplay Style and her position in Team Building: After watching a few guides on YouTube, I can fairly say that Astra Yao possesses a poor gameplay style mostly due to her class as a Support but she can fit into almost every team. She provides powerful damage buffs and she is able to heal your whole team. She is probably a must pull character but in my humble opinion, setting her kit aside, her singing in the background might become annoying over time.

➃ Her Aesthetic Design: Absolutely amazing! I was expecting her skin to be a little bit more unique though.

Astra Yao’s debut banner is set to release on January 22, 2025 alongside Version 1.5.

Wishing everyone a Happy New Year 2025🎇

With 2024 coming to a close I would like to take this opportunity to wish everyone a Happy New Year and of course provide a brief channel update. I realize that 2024 wasn’t exactly a “strong” year for this channel, however, I am excited to see what 2025 has in store. One year ago, I made an announcement about suffering from “Genshin Impact Burnout” which in turn prevented me from further uploading any related content. This only lasted until a few days after the release of Version 5.2 (Late Nov 2024) where I completely stopped all in-game activities. How come this occurred? In short, I was driven away by the circumstances of the game’s progressiveness. For the time being, I have no plans on getting back but I will keep myself posted for any story updates. Recently, I started playing Zenless Zone Zero which surpassed many of my expectations and I am planning to release more videos with this game in mind. When 2025 comes in, make sure to leave behind all worries and embrace the new beginnings with hope and courage. Happy New Year!

IMPORTANT MESSAGE!!!

You might have noticed that I haven't uploaded any video during the past couple of days and I would like to inform you that it’s only going to get worse from here. I don't like keeping anyone in the dark about the future of this channel so I made the decision to stop uploading videos as I am currently suffering from “Genshin Impact Burnout”. I only have the courage to carry out commissions, spend my resin and participate in the limited time events. I was working on a video with the title “Is Genshin Impact Still Worth Playing In 2024?” but I am currently in no position to recommend this game or express my negative thoughts about it to anyone. Despite drawbacks, I have been playing and at the same time enjoying this game, non-stop since the very first day of Version 1.0 though I feel like something doesn’t add up anymore. Making videos on YouTube was a great experience and I would like to thank my small audience for providing their feedback. There is a possibility of me returning with fresh new video material but I don’t know if I will be able to keep the content of this channel exclusive for Genshin Impact. I am not good at goodbyes so I hope to see you again.
