Jump Rope tips, tutorials and research. I've been teaching jump rope since 2010 and have been asked by clients to create a channel and connect with a greater audience.
Not very good at all this social media stuff, but we'll see what we can do. I have loads of content over the last few years with transformations, tricks and tips as well as details on our courses.
