Today I"m doing something I've never done on my channel: taking down a movie so that I can repost it with better footage. Alias Animo offered to let me use some of his macro footage of dragonfly faces, and his clips were too good to pass up. I wanted my movie to do justice to dragonflies, and now it will come closer to succeeding. Anyhow, don't do a double take when notice of the movie pops up in your inbox. You're not losing your mind. I really did post it twice.

From now on, I’m not going to be posting on any set schedule. I’m nudging eighty here and just don’t want to push myself all that much. By posting when I’m ready to, I think I’ll take more joy in what I produce. (And besides, being old is practically a full-time job in and of itself. 😏) So I'm including a picture of me celebrating. And I want to thank those of you who watch my videos and often offer me sweet feedback. I have appreciated your comments; they warm the cockles of my heart, as old-timers used to say. I've been working on footage of Eastern Bluebirds feeding nestlings, and I'm about to start filming Baltimore Orioles. Projects are in the offing, but I'm taking the pressure off myself.
And if any of you feel like you're having withdrawal symptoms, just remember that I've got almost 300 movies already up on the channel. Binge to your heart's satisfaction.
