Get outside and find a bit of land, about 150 feet (50 meters) that you can walk along.
Now, here’s where it gets interesting: walk slowlyyyyyy. Take an hour to go that 150 feet.
Relax…Receive…Engage
Expand your energy out and see how much you can perceive.
What do you notice? What surrounds you? What is your body telling you? What comes up for you?
You're not wrong even if you don’t make it the whole hour! Give it a try and see what you discover.
This is a judgment-free zone - a place for YOU to explore. It's not about achieving anything or getting to a correct result.
Now, go forth and Earth Walk!
