Maal Hijrah, also known as Hijri New Year or Islamic New Year, marks the beginning of the Islamic lunar calendar. The term "Hijrah" refers to the migration of Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) from the city of Mecca to Medina in 622 CE, which is considered a significant event in Islamic history.
The event of Hijrah was a significant turning point in Islamic history. At that time, Prophet Muhammad and his early followers faced persecution and hostility from the leaders of Mecca due to their preaching of monotheism and the rejection of idolatry. As a result, the Prophet received an invitation from the people of Medina to settle there and serve as a mediator and leader for their community. This migration was a strategic and pivotal decision that allowed Islam to flourish and spread beyond Mecca, and it also led to the establishment of the first Islamic state in Medina.
This new year another new beginning. Hijrah means a lot to me. Each journey teach me to becoming i'm now. Meet new friend and diversity. The rhymes are dynamic there always a room its synchronize. Life is an interesting journey, full of ups and downs, challenges, and opportunities.
