The Fit and Healthy Diaries is where I share my love for food, staying fit, and living a healthy life. While I try to live healthy most of the time, my favorite foods are NOT necessarily ‘healthy,’ but are delicious and if eaten in moderation, can be part of a well-balanced diet!
Back in 2013, I followed my passion for fitness and became a certified Group Fitness Instructor, specializing in Zumba and Zumba in the Circuit. In 2001, I took my passion a step further and became an online Fitness Coach with BeachBody and have loved every second of it, whether live or online.
For several years I've toyed with the idea of creating a blog where I can share all things healthy living, from my love of delicious food and wine (and occasional margaritas) to workouts, and even beauty, and fashion tips. That's how The Fit and Healthy Diaries came to be!!!
