A few months ago, I started teaching my 9-year-old daughter how to cook. This is because she sometimes finds herself alone at home after school. While I went through the ingredients with her, she pulled out a pen and paper to take notes.
So, I've decided to record my recipes on video as a reference for her. At the same time, I can share these recipes and simple cooking tips with all the busy parents out there.
As a working professional, I seldom have time to cook. As a father of 3, I want my family to eat healthy and nutritious meals - meals that are tasty enough to satisfy picky eaters and healthy enough for concern parents. This means eating out less, especially at places where we do not know what really goes into the food.
