Health and wellness industry is always in dilemma which oil is healthy and should be advised to our patients .

Since few years, olive oil had been promising with it extreme benefits like:
✅ Rich in healthy fats (monounsaturated)
✅ Rich in antioxidants like polyphenols
✅ It has strong anti inflammatory properties.
✅ Helps in preventing strokes or any cardiovascular risks
✅ Good for skin and hair

However some disadvantages of olive oil are: .
❎ High in calories, hence small amounts should be used .
❎ Due to its low smoking point, it cannot be used for deep frying

The benefits outweigh the disadvantages of olive oil which makes it a healthier option for cooking. 💪🙌🏻

However when you are in supermarket, try choosing extra virgin olive oil than refined ones. They are less processed and prepared from best quality of olives 🙏🏻🙌🏻
