SUPERFINE is a band from Bandung City, Indonesia, that formed in 2010 by Tiar Renas (Guitar), Nancy Christ (Vocal), and Ghusni Ibrahim (Guitar). SUPERFINE itself mean: (in the sense âexcessively elegantâ): from super- âto a high degreeâ + fine. SUPERFINE since the very beginning choose to talk about problems, environment issues, social issues, up to humanism as the topic that carried into the musical form. The music itself briefly very affected by the 60-70âs musician, like Gentle Giant, Grateful Dead, Jethro Tull, King Crismon, Pink Floyd, up to The Doors. In the realization, SUPERFINE offered the music with melancholic toneâfeminine but also masculine at the same time, combined with a lot of music element, like ambient, artârock, contemplative, progressive, psychedelic, and also a straightforward rock.
