Hello there! My name is Antonella. With Sardinia (the island in Italy ) always in my heart, I have been living my life as an expat for many years in the United States of America. I arrived in this country with my family, with many doubts, hopes, and fears for what we would find in a country so different from ours. Born in Italy in the 1960s on a small island in the Mediterranean Sea, where the mistral wind was always strong, where everything was simple and genuine, where there was no internet and even television was scarce I spent my time among the many smells and flavors of cooking, my whole family cooked very well. Those smells still come back in my mind, and so I try to reproduce them as best as I can so i don’t lose them in my memory .
