Just a teeny harvest from my greenhouse yesterday. Plenty more to come though. Turned this into a Tomato and Cucumber salad with a Soy, Ginger, and Chilli dressing to accompany my Five Bean Chilli.

My lunch is better than yours! ... Leftover Chickpea Curry served with my 🌱 HOMEGROWN FIRST EARLY SPUDS 🌱 ... If you saw my recent video you'll know I recently harvested my spuds and with only 20 in total (of which a handful were rubbished) I decided to boil and pack them for today's packed lunch.

Peas and radish living together in perfect harmony ☺️. Peas are thriving. I really can't believe I grew these from seed 😯. They look promising for a bumper crop very soon and I cannot wait for my kiddies to be helping themselves!
As for the radish, well sadly they have gone to seed so no bulbs to eat however the flowers are beautiful and look so lovely alongside the peas.

...and there it is! Planted with pride at the back corner of my lawn where my climbing roses and blueberry bushes are 🌱🫐🌹. Again, thanks to @TheMalcolms7.

I have purchased Seed Potatoes - they were the most expensive spuds I've ever bought! But why can't I just plant regular spuds that have started to sprout?
