Welcome to my channel. I help people like me gain and keep control of our health. It's a day-to-day process, sometimes minute to minute, that we all can learn to maintain our health even when it gets to the point we can't get out of bed. Perfect health is 1/4 physical health, 1/4 emotional health, 1/4 mental health, and 1/4 spiritual health. Taking that perspective in mine, we can get through our terrible physical times if we can find ways to improve our mental, emotional, and spiritual wellness.
Each video is made to keep me going. I have a goal of coming out with one new thought, exercise, and meditation to share daily, and I have to tell you that it's helping me. In the process, I hope you get a few tips that show you you can find better health mentally, physically spiritually. Meditation and mindfulness have been my most significant help with learning to become aware of my choices and always knowing that there is a choice to help us change our reality by building new habits.
