Thanks for visiting my channel! I am a Professor of Chemistry at Western Washington University in Bellingham, Washington. I teach mostly undergraduate physical chemistry, and sometimes general chemistry. My research group uses computation to understand relationships between the atomic and electronic structure of solids for solar energy conversion.
I've been using this channel since 2018 to post ~15-minute video lectures for my "flipped" physical chemistry courses. Students watch these videos outside of class, and work together in class on problem sets and computer simulation activities (which you can find on my website if you're interested, wp.wwu.edu/bergerr/teaching/).
Whether you're taking my courses or just curious about physical chemistry, I hope you enjoy and get something out of these videos!
