Hi Everyone! I just wanted to take a moment to share a quick update. My running journey is continuing to progress very well. Today, I hit a new PR for my 5k during a training run.
My next 10k is at Disney in January and that training cycle starts in a few weeks. When it comes to videos, I’ve been away for so long that I have no idea as to what you guys may want to see/know.

Hi Everyone! I had so much fun at today’s 5k! After basically taking a week off to recover, it felt really good to run today, pain free! I just uploaded a short here on YouTube to share with you clips from today’s run!

Hi Everyone! Just wanted to check in. I spent last weekend hiking the Smoky Mountains to celebrate my birthday! This weekend I have a 5k that I plan to VLOG and upload.
This week, I’ve spent some time recovering a bit from my hiking adventures. We hit some pretty tough climbs and it’s amazing as to how many different muscles I used in comparison to running 😂😂.
