Mountain biking is a massive part of my life and has been for over 30 years, when I started racing my Klein Attitude back in 1990 (hence my channel art!). I've experienced so many amazing locations, learned great skills, techniques & tips but the biggest thing is, that I've found out that riding my bike in the great outdoors directly improves my mental health and quality of life, all of which I aim to share through my videos, for you all.
