Elbows lead on the way up with them at highest point on contraction GHD sit ups. Keep your legs straight! Hip adduction machine Hip abduction machine GHD hip extension. Focus on glutes not lower back Front squat. Great quad exercise. Band pull aparts. Good upper back pump and great for posture Bench press. Shoulders back. Butt down. Body tight. Controlled eccentric. DB hammer curls Band face pulls. Start w/ tension in band. Pull elbows back. Keep elbows in line with shoulders Chest supported rear delt fly RDF. Keep elbows in line with shoulder Band assisted neutral grip pull-up Standing DB press Bent over DB row. Initiate w/ shoulder blades. Pull toward low belly. Controlled eccentric/stretch DB bench. Squeeze shoulder blades together to protect shoulders and bigger focus on chest Standing DB curls Incline DB chest fly. Keep shoulder blades packed to protect shoulder and focus on chest Rope push down for triceps. Keep upper back against rail to take shoulders out. Push down and apart DB front raise DB lateral raise. My personal fave for shoulders. Do not raise with the wrists. Raise with the elbow Lat pull-down. Pull scapula down toward back pockets. Drive chest up as you break at the elbows Incline DB bench scapular contracted throughout set and ROM. Proper breathing. Controlled eccentrics Neutral grip chest supported row machine DB calf raise. Add box to stand on for more stretch Pistol squat to box Reverse alternating lunges DB squat Lying leg lifts. Great exercise for abs.
