I offer a LOT of free classes and yoga solutions for things that most people need answers to. My yoga is VERY different - different enough for me to create an entirely new approach to body work.
My framework is Yoga (inspired by the magnificent and revolutionary work of Vanda Scaravelli) but in my undying search for 'what actually works', for the first 10yrs of my yoga-centric life I expanded my research into all relevant directions: I explored all other approaches to yoga; I dived deep into anatomy & myofascia; I tried on the lenses of Qigong & Thai chi, Felenkrais, Alexander technique, Tai massage et al. And I came to the conclusion that they are all OK, but limited by a singular problem - the cultural norm of treating the body as a machine that needs to be 'fixed', and 'controlled' with some mechanical practice.
Imposing agenda on the body in ways that it does not enjoy, is actually the originating source of ALL physical complications!
