Balance out raid cost with a bunker. The idea of a bunker is to integrate the strength of a wall into your door path to balance out raid cost from all sides. Doors are rather weak compared to building parts. For example you need 5 garage doors to match the raid cost of just one armored wall.

I can also do 2TBx6 Raid-6 with same number of drives and higher redundancy but since these drives will be offline, I do not want more than 3/4 drives per array (most basic servers have 4 HDDs). 1 Turret is laughably easy to deal with if you can peek it, it will never kill you fast enough if you are just "peeking" the corner, and firing 3 HV rockets at it. 2 Turret is harder to peek, but possible to still whittle them down with HV rockets. 3 Turret is extremely difficult to peek. More doors (to the outside perspective) = more loot The best way to not get offlined is to keep your base unraidable, not profitable, not in the way of clans, and generally just under the radar as a target.

Then build my defenses accordingly, a well placed pill box can cause serious problems for an online or offline raid. Also after you have set up some turrets examine the lines of sight for blind spots that would allow someone to get close. If you put turrets on hatch frames instead of catwalks they can shoot straight down beneath themselves.
