The fact that it hasn't been tuned in over 20 years tells me that it will likely need a complete rebuild before it could be playable again. It is lovely. I understand you being exited. I hauled around a 1917 upright through several moves and only parted with it 6 years ago. It wasn't nearly as pretty as yours but I still liked having it even though I rarely used it. An acoustic piano just seems like a comfort to me. I hope yours brings you years of pleasure.
