The routine we have now, my girls will be 4 months next week (3 adjusted), as we start bath time between 5:30 and 6:00 when bath time is over we give them their bottles and they're usually asleep by 7:00. They sleep about 4 to 5 hours then wake up to eat. They go back to sleep for 45 hours and they're up between 6:00 and 7:00 in the morning.
