The Matriarch mixer is special in that it overdrives the waveforms in the same way that old Moog Modulars did, allowing for particular tones, but it has a mono output. What you would do to change this is bypass the mixer by running the output of 2 oscillators into a submix for each stereo side and then patch them into the VCF1/2 inputs directly.

To the left of the keyboard, make sure the mod wheel is turned all the way down since this can effect pitch. Now lastly, in the "MIXER" section: turn the noise knob all the way down, turn oscillator 1 to half, and turn oscillators 2 3 & 4 down to zero. Having the oscillators turned too loud can cause distortion and confuse the pitch.

You won't just have 2 seperate instruments, that's for sure. If you love the DFAM and the subharmonicon then sounds like the mother 32 would be a nice addition simply to complete the trifecta.
