On the back of the VDO gauge you should have 3 prongs: a positive, a negative, and one for the sender. I can't remember off the top of my head but the sender one may have an S symbol for it. The positive will go to your fuse box, negative to a ground somewhere under the dash, and the sender will be your green wire.

The oil temp sensor would sense best if it was placed close to the oil return line from the turbo. It is a one wire setup that requires it to be tapped into a grounded part. Oil pressure should be tapped off the existing oil pressure sensor area on the oil filter base. It uses a diaphragm type sensor with one wire also.

This is a stock 1600 DP and running 30W. The car runs fine and I might be trying to over think this oil deal, but the engine only has 1000 miles and is a 1500 HO block single relief turned into a 1600. I also put a VDO oil pressure gauge and am running 40LBS at 3000 RPM. Thanks for all of the help and info. Frank
