things that worked for me: video: fullscreen mode and 144hz advanced video: low, but changed antialiasing to CMAA2, super resolution set to disabled, vsync disabled. inside adrenaline control centre:gaming>graphics> disable super resolution, antilag, boost, and enhanced sync. image sharpening is on for me and didnt affect the problem.
