There are probably easier ways to do this but Id suggest having the list as an image with a transparent background or you can just use text in your video editor. Move it to the area you want and resize it. Add an image which is basically a coloured rectangle. Place this image below one line of text. Add other rectangles for the other lines.

Just depend on what you're wanting it for and if it's morally okay to take someone else's work. I know that if i took down videos or deleted them, i wouldn't want someone else to take them and use them as their own content. Now that I think about it I think its best not to reupload videos from even a deleted channel because its morally a bad thing.
