This deck is an Aggro/Midrange/Tempo deck mainly focused on Umpire's Grasp and Window Shopper to develop a lot of stats, push a lot of chip damage, and highroll wins. Nice flavour, she window shops and buys her own mini figure. Even if you are not running a big demon deck, this feels like an excellent upper curve to a mid-range giving you some big stats to blow out the game with. Nothing on this card requires you to already have demons.

Just look at the card with the highest mulligan, drawn, and played win rates, and you'll see the real problem. DH at those ranks wins 84% of the time if umpire's grasp is in their mulligan. The weapon is also elevating the played and drawn win rates of window shopper, which is the 4th worst card to be in the mulligan.

Window shopper allows you to play higher cost demons for 5 mana. Umpires grasp brings it down even further to 3. The problem is that their stats are reduced so there's really only 1 that makes it worthwhile: magtheridon. But there's 12 or so different demons you can discover from so you've got a 1 in 4 every time.

I am really struggling to even win a game in arena and I'm definitely not unfamiliar with the game. This would completely turn any new player off of ever doing it again because of the impossible win factor and the paid aspect, something drastic really needs to happen to make this mode more accessible and playable. No, they won't. It's just as easy for them to just make a new account. They are already making dozens because they aren't going to try to get tickets legitimately. They just make a new account when they run out of tickets. Removing the retire option will just make them abandon any account that gets a bad draft on the first attempt.

Besides Hearthstone, I also play MTG Arena. It's like Hearthstone, but for adults. The illustrations are less childish, the monetization system is for people with a regular income and the complexity is so high that it's only really playable on a PC.
