The viper is a bit special since most have side pipes, you're only hearing one bank at a time, so you essentially get a 5 cylinder sound that doesn't rev very high (very similar to my truck lol). If you do hear both banks, it's essentially 2 i5's with a slightly different phase shift compared a "normal" V10.
