The quest is easy but the boss is insane for no reason. Complete quest wise my hardest one/most time consuming was desert treasure 1. The boss is very tricky. It took me probably 20 attempts total to beat him, and after about 15 of the fails I actually quit OSRS for like 9 months from frustration.

Before that came out was Sins of the Father. For hardest overall quest, probably still DS2 or MM2 though, cuz the actual quests are deff tougher even if the final bosses aren't #1.
