Of course. No different than any other town in this province. Yarmouth gets a lot of hate on here and some of it is warranted but most is not. Living here is what you make it. It's a beautiful area and yes, we get a lot of fog and rain but that also means we don't have crazy winters. The area you are buying is a nice area in town.

It's honestly beautiful here, I moved here 3 years ago, and I love the beach, so Yarmouth is my vibe. It's probably second or third to Vancouver area for mildest winters in Canada. I also like that it doesn't get too hot here, either. The air quality is great, no forest fires.
