The Yone matchup seems pretty easy before he gets Berserkers. His cooldowns are relatively long, you get to kite him with Qs and abuse him when he uses his Q on the wave and it's a big commitment for him to dodge your E with his own E (tho he can still pretty easily do that reactively unless he's next to the wall you're hooking from).

He's clearly top 1-2% of players therefore being better than most. Regarding the xerath as a champ, he is hard but also has a clear skill cap. Hard to master but easier than most champs to obtain. GM is something like top 0.05% of players which he is rn on teemo so... Better than almost everybody.
