I ended up having an emergency c section at 31 + 5 due to severe pre-eclampsia and just came home last night after a week and a half stay in the hospital. Baby has to stay in the NICU (and is doing absolutely amazing with her growth there, could come home as early as 37 weeks). My dog was indifferent my whole pregnancy.
