Again, 400 pounds doesn't happen on accident. Or rather I should say, it is exceedingly rare for it to happen on accident like some medical condition.. That is A LOT of calories to even maintain that weight. I eat 3000-3500 calories a day to BULK UP at 175 pounds currently WITH exercise. At 400 pounds, I'd be losing weight with that much calories.
