The % seems tooo low at 1.2% bonus health. So the more health items (what about runes? that give health) you buy, the higher magic resist you can reduce from the enemy. Warmogs is 800 health. 1.2% bonus of 800 = 9.6. So far with abyssal item & warmogs (two items), you have 5 + 9.6 = 14.6 reduce enemy magic resist. Not enough.
