So with the 3 week time-frame for OVA updates that should mean we get the OVA update between 30/04/2024 -> 21/05/2024 or there abouts. But one would presume you'll need to get 1.3 in order to get 1.3.1 as these updates sound cumulative so not really sure how that works.

Driver internet connection is not the same as the car's connection to the app. The latter goes through Volvo servers where the servers and the car talk to each other using SMS/text messages. Your phone's EX30 app talks to the Volvo servers. So, data in the app seems to be generally up-to-date.

I had the same problem and solved it this way: Ask your dealer to remove your EX30 from your ID. Delete your ID from the App. Create a new ID using another email address. Add the EX30 to this ID in the App. Go to your profile and Abonnements and create a new IITC account. Wait for the confirmation mail from Vodafone.
