So I had initially finished the Cure for Vampirism quest with Melisande and the Count of Skingrad. But later in my playthrough, I had encountered the vampire Vicente Valtieri in the dark brotherhood who gives me the quest of Darkness Eternal and is making me go to Raminus Polus for the cure, essentially redoing the Cure for Vampirism quest.
