The system will change a lot soon, we will get a lot more new gear for these activities, so valkyrie will be buffed indirectly to god like levels. So, valkyrie is perfectly fine. Working as intended. If you want to use all that silver you get with valkyrie, just roll a wizard/witch alt for PvP or PvE if you want to enjoy the game to it's fullest.
