I still don't know what the "Locomotions menus on the VRC Avatars" thing means. The only options for locomotion are turning on a weird holo-teleport and a comfort vignette. There doesn't seem to be any manual option for FBT or seated/standing aside from the auto-detected one in the Quick Menu. If it auto-detects wrong then you don't get a button.
