If there's a guide for Ryzen 7000, even better. Start at -10 and work your way down. Make sure to stress test just like you would for an overclock. The one difference is if you allow the cpu to down clock at idle the more you undervolt the more chance you can run into idle stability issues from low voltage.

Eco-Mode With Ryzen Master. The Eco-Mode runs your CPU in a lower power condition to lower the temperature for scenarios where you don't even need stock performance and don't need to overclock your AMD CPU. Open any profile on the left, enable Eco-Mode under Control Mode, and click Apply. Ryzen Master will restart the system for the changes

AMD Ryzen 7000 "Zen 4" processors can hit up to 95 °C at stock settings, with cooling most appropriate to the TDP level. This is because the PPT (package power tracking) limits for the 170 W TDP processors is as high as 230 W, and for the 105 W TDP models, it's 130 W. After reaching this temperature threshold, the processor begins to downclock

Better cooling = better performance, from air to liquid. Liquid cooling is recommended for AMD Ryzen 7000 Series processors like the Ryzen 9 7900X and Ryzen 9 7950X to get the most multithreaded performance possible, especially when interior case temperatures are high. But that doesn't mean they can't be used with common air-cooling solutions.

Maybe even cores. They definitely leave some room for undervolt. But sometimes I think it is dumb to leave so much room. Because AMD could sell that cpu in similar way like Intel is with their KS series. On my 7950x I can instantly shift V/F curve and see, how easily can cpu boost higher with lower TDP.

Typical boost behavior of the 7945HX seems to be from my testing: Performance mode: Boost to whatever it can at 80W for 10-20 seconds, drop down to 60W for about 10 minutes then down to 40W after. Turbo Mode: Boost to whatever it can at 127-130W for 10-20 seconds, drop to 80W for 10 minutes then 55W-ish for after.

Thanks for the suggestions, I have set my voltage to 1.25V with an offset of -0.100V and set CPU frequency to 3.8Ghz. As you can see on MSI afterburner the clock speed is stuck at 3.8Ghz but Ryzen master states otherwise. And on Ryzen master peak voltage is set at 1.25V but average voltage plays depends on the load.
