You work whatever schedule management gives you. Could be 10+ hrs 6-7 days a week. As a CCA you are the backup carrier and can do office work when needed. You'll also do Amazon Sundays if they need the help. They just aren't supposed to work you more than 11.5 hrs (12 hrs with unpaid lunch break). 1.

Shortening the steps will probably never happen but starting the pay off at a higher wage while making the annual wage increase smaller and longer would make the most sense.
