Chop 200 gram Paneer into cubes. Dice 1 Red Pepper (bell), 1 large Onion. Finely slice 3 Spring Onions, 3 Green Chilli Peppers, 4 cloves Garlic, and grate 1 inch piece Ginger. Mix 2 tablespoon Cornflour with 1 tablespoon Garam Masala and Salt & Pepper in a large bowl. Add cubes of paneer cheese and coat with the mix.
